Overview

The main reason I love what I do as a Trainer is that I get to be present in and enable your transformations, whether that be in achieving your fitness goals, getting the body you've always wanted, or most importantly, gaining the confidence you've always wanted both in and out of the gym. Being able to have such a positive impact on people's lives is one of the best things you can ever ask for, and that is why I focus my work on helping you to make long-term, sustainable lifestyle changes and adaptations, both in and out of the gym, to help you reach whatever fitness and wellbeing goals you have.

Strength within the gym leads to health, happiness and longevity outside of it.

Training Style

My main focus is on improving your strength, fitness and health through weight training. This can involve bodybuilding style training, functional movements, HIIT sessions and more. I put great emphasis on technique and form, along with focus and intensity in the gym, in order to maximise the rewards that you can get from the hard work and time you put into our sessions.

No quotes, but more of a general statement.If something feels good during, but you feel awful or guilty after, then maybe don't keep doing it. If something feels bad, painful or difficult during, but you feel great after, then that's something you should probably keep doing. This can be applied throughout your life.
